I deem it a pleasure to inform you that “GOUR GOURAV UTSAV 2024", the 38th AIU Inter University Central Zone Youth Festival, a five-day event is going to be organized by Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar, (M.P.) in collaboration with the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi from 26th to 30th November 2024. We are extremely happy to be entrusted by AIU to host this Festival. This platform is designed to bring youths from Central Zone institutes on a common platform to showcase their talent in five categories: Music, Dance, Theatre, Literary, and Fine Arts. In this context, I would like to officially invite your esteemed University/Institution to "GOUR GOURAV UTSAV 2024" scheduled to be held at Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya and welcome your teams to take part in the various events of the Youth Festival. You are requested to register the contingent from your University/Institution not later than 31/10/2024. Warm Greetings from Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya Sagar, Madhya Pradesh.
As directed by Prof. Neelima Gupta Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, we are delighted to inform you that the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi has entrusted Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya Sagar (M.P.) for hosting the 38 AIU Inter-University Central Zone Youth Festival 2024 GOUR GOURAV UTSAV during November 26th-30th, 2024. In view of this, we request you to send teams from your University to participate in various events of the Youth Festival 2024 as per the terms & conditions laid down by AIU. The details regarding the festival, which include about the university, participation, venue, rules & regulations, eligibility, registration fee, accommodation, event guidelines, important announcements, and other forms (Annexure I to V) will be notified on the official website of the University. You are requested to download all the forms from our website also https://www.dhsgsu.edu.in/ The festival shall commence on November 26, 2024 (Tuesday) and conclude on November 30, 2024 (Saturday). You are requested to send the entries as early as possible by forwarding the completed Annexure I and IV. Annexure II and III and other documents can be presented physically at the time of registration. You are requested to send us the scanned copy of the complete list of participants with prescribed formats provided along with the travel plan latest by November 10th, 2024 by e-mail and inform telephonically to Dr. Rakesh Soni, Coordinator, Cultural Council to facilitate accommodation and local transportation. You are requested to kindly finalize your travel plans accordingly.
